LA BBQ FEST

This whole event was a big fucking scam. They just crammed as many people as they could in an area and charge them for hastily made BBQ. No care or attention paid to the experience at all. I couldn't tell any of the stalls apart. Just a big clusterfuck. Once again affirms my belief that America has the worst street fairs of any country period.

Oh yah, the BBQ was shit too.

She broke into my car while I was sleeping and took nothing of value. She just sat inside staring at the passing lights. It was colder inside than out. A blanket wrapped around her legs. The windows fogged up.

7am. The garbage trucks with their primal mechanical grinding disturbed her dreams. She imagined tall mammoths larger than a redwood towering over her. Red smoke billowing out of its ears. White eyes.

It was a truely bone-chilling sight.

She woke up in the car covered in sweat. Nobody was around. The street was quiet. She let herself out, locked the door, and walked away alone on the street.

Repitition. Repitition. You need to repeat to learn. But too much and you walk in circles.

I need to break out of this oblong shape I've created. Her eyes her lips calling me to come back to the cyclical vortex. No more, not again. Not soon. Not never.

I reached into my pocket and grabbed a handful of seawater. Not never.

1. SUNDAY. A fairly kept homeless woman walks into starbucks™. she quickly reaches in the trashcan and pulls out a half-eaten muffin and a coffee cup. I'm the only one that notices this. Then she kindly asks for a refill for which she is granted one (for free).

Moments later she finishes her free coffee and half-eaten garbage can muffin. She looks around and instead of throwing it into the trash(where she found it in the first place), when no one is looking (except for me again. fascinated) She throws her twice used trash into the front basket of a bicycle. My bicycle.

You see, she probably doesn't throw things in the trash because trash cans are like her cupboard, her pantry, her room-temperature refrigerator.

2. MONDAY. A incredibly obese woman with her two obese friends sitting in small uncomfortable theater seats. Her thighs spilling over into my seat. Our legs uncomfortably warm rubbed up against each other. We are watching the new Disney/Pixar film, "Wall-e".

Halfway through the film she slightly jiggles around in her seat. Obviously uncomfortable. The popcorn chewing grows quiet. (For those who've seen the film, you probably know the reason for her unease)

It was a wonderful film.
